  • Every student must come to school before 7:15 AM. Classrooms and designated areas must be cleaned before 7:30 AM. The class in-charge teacher and the concerned student leaders should act responsibly. Entry into the school after 6:00 PM is strictly prohibited without permission.
  • As soon as the school bell rings, all students must come to their assigned assembly area.
  • Students, teachers, non-academic staff, and everyone in the school should take time away from their duties and participate respectfully and actively during the school anthem, morning religious services, and the playing of the national anthem.
  • All students must remain in their classrooms until the end of school and may not stay in another classroom, on the playground, or for any other reason. Permission must be obtained if going to another classroom for necessity.
  • At the end of each period, students must prepare for the next lesson in silence until the scheduled teacher arrives. If the teacher does not arrive within 10 minutes, the class head or subject head should inform the teacher in charge of the section.
  • When moving to another location for group lessons, students must walk in a line and return to class in the same manner. The teacher in charge of the subject must maintain a list of students for each subject and submit it to the class teacher through the subject head, noting any absentees. If group lessons occur during the final period, students must leave the school after singing a stanza from the designated place.
  • Children should report any problems to the class teacher first. In the absence of the class teacher, the matter should be reported to the teacher in charge of the section or subject.
  • The class teacher is responsible for using the error logbook on behalf of their students. If more than three errors are noted, the teacher should refer the matter to the teacher in charge of the section. At the end of the year, the book should be handed over to the next class teacher. The book will be verified while issuing certificates.
  • Contact with outsiders is prohibited during school hours.
  • Carrying and possession of photographs, articles, mobile phones, CDs, and other paraphernalia not relevant to school academic activity are strictly prohibited. If caught with such items, they will not be returned until the student has officially resigned from the school.
  • Students will not be allowed to participate in any sports practice during school hours without permission. Sportswear should only be worn on the playing field.
  • Students should return to their classrooms promptly after the break.
  • School and classroom equipment must be protected. Cleaning tools such as brooms should be returned to their proper place after use. It is the responsibility of the class teacher to oversee this matter. If a student is absent from school for more than two days, parents should inform the class teacher. If the absence exceeds three days, guardians must visit the school to inform the class teacher directly.
